Looking for the cutest and easiest crochet baby booties pattern? Look no further! I’ve got the perfect crochet pattern for those little footsies.

With little Wonder baby on the way, I’ve been non-stop crocheting! These crochet baby booties are cozy, cute, and really quick to whip up. Trust me — I’ve already made about 10 pairs!  Call me eager for this little one’s arrival perhaps?!

I feel like handmade baby slippers are a staple for any new mom. I know that while making these, I was so excited to be able to fit them onto my little girl when she arrived.

Without knowing how big or small her tiny feet would be, I experimented with different sizes by adjusting the hook size.  That’s what makes this pattern so simple. No additional math needed — just go up or down a hook size to adjust the size.

For this project, I used one of my favourite yarns for crocheting; the Lily Sugar n’ Cream 100% cotton yarn. It comes in so many different colours, ombres, and stripes and is lightweight enough to be breathable yet warm!

For the trim, I used a thick Bernat fuzzy yarn. I honestly just grabbed some from my stash so I’m not sure of the exact name. Any fluffier yarn will work!

I decided on a solid wooden button because I loved the contrast and texture it added to these little shoes. There’s something about all-natural elements that really compliment this style.

I love how these crochet booties resemble cute little Ugg boots with the button and trim. They would also make such a nice handmade gift for a loved one, whether you make them in the winter or add them to your list of summer crochet patterns.

If you want to make some yourself, the pattern is included below as well as a printable PDF version.
